Welcome to All things low FODMAP!

For the past three years, I’ve been deeply involved in creating low FODMAP meals for my daughter, who has struggled with gut issues for years. Although I am not a dietitian, I have completed the Monash University Low FODMAP training, which has provided me with a solid understanding of the dietary guidelines. These recipes are all based on this knowledge and are crafted to ensure they meet the low FODMAP standards while still being delicious and enjoyable for the whole family.

Watching my daughter thrive and regain her health has been incredibly rewarding, and it has inspired me to share these meals with others who might benefit from them. On this website, you’ll find a collection of these recipes, designed to make the low FODMAP journey easier and more enjoyable for others facing similar challenges.

I’m also considering developing a recipe / meal planning app to further support those following a low FODMAP diet. If you’re interested in this idea, I’d love to hear your thoughts on features you’d find helpful or any specific needs you might have. Your feedback will be invaluable in shaping an app that truly serves the community.
